Lahore High Court granted bail for 4 Doctors.

On 9th July 2012, Doctor’s Lawyer plead that FIR against doctors is bogus and also submitted a video as a proof. While Government’s Lawyer insisted that young Fahad died because of doctor’s negligence. Punjab Government’s Lawyer also stated that Trial court has the authority to pass bail for doctors, not High Court because investigation is still under process.

Mr. Afzal, father of young Fahad accused this decision in front media by stating that the case of my son hasn’t been reviewed with justice.

Lahore High Court also banned doctors from calling any kind strike in future.
